shopHemi.com Order Charges / Terms
Arrington Performance / shopHEMI.com Payment terms are C.O.D. We do not offer payment terms. We charge credit cards at time of order. This is to protect against identity theft as well as expedite the order process. Charges will appear as "Arrington Performance" on your banking statements.
Order Processing Times
Orders received after 3PM Eastern Standard Time will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed from 3PM Friday through 8AM Monday will be processed on Monday.
Stock Items and Drop Shipments from shophemi .com
Not all products are kept in stock. We will drop ship non-stock products from the manufacturer if available. We make efforts to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will notify you of a backorder or change in status as we are notified. Please note that some manufacturers do not provide tracking information for drop shipments.
Order Status Notifications
Your web order status will only be updated when your complete order has shipped. We will make efforts to e-mail partial shipping information as it becomes available to the e-mail address on file with your account. We are not responsible for improper e-mail information entered into customer accounts by the customer. If you have concerns providing your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

PO Boxes
Orders require a physical address for shipping. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Locations
We ship all in stock parts from our Martinsville VA Headquarters. Drop ship items ship from the manufacturer or their warehouse directly.
Additional Handling Charges
Some manufacturers charge additional handling or shipping fees. We do not mark these fees up. Fees charged by the manufacturer will be listed as handling fees during checkout.
Shipping Methods
Arrington Performance and shopHemi ship all orders within the continental US via UPS unless stated otherwise in the product description. International and Canadian orders may be shipped via USPS or FedEx. Drop shipments will be shipped by the preferred method of the manufacturer.
Separate Billing and Shipping Addresses
Orders with ship to addresses that differ from the billing address will incur a verification time of up to 1 week for new customers. This policy is in place to protect against identity fraud. We will not honor expedited shipping requests to orders that are shipping to non us addresses or addresses that do not match the billing address provided. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause. If you require expedited shipping or wish to speed the order process please contact us during business hours to place your order. DO NOT call immediately after placing you online order to request order status or rush shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
